Use of henna shampoo:

Try not to wash your hair every day, which attacks the scalp and stimulates the sebaceous glands which then produce more sebum. We risk oily roots and dry lengths, because they will not have had time to be protected by sebum;

wash oily hair every three days, or even four days, so as not to overstimulate the sebaceous glands;

wash normal hair and dry hair once a week, in particular to avoid removing the little sebum that protects dry hair.
